Job Description

This role is a Temporary position for 3 months working for luxury company

You will be front of house as a Receptionist

Working hours are between 830am-7pm Monday to Friday and every other weekend

this will equate to 32hrs per a week

Your main responsibilities will include

  • Providing a warm welcome to our guests
  • Updating the in house system to process guest details
  • Ensuring that billing charges are entered correctly and that daily takings are balanced
  • Dealing with queries from guests and ensuring that any requests are met swiftly
  • Producing accurate guest accounts upon check out ensuring a smooth departure
  • Confident and intuitive, you will be required to adapt your manner of communication to suit a variety of situations. You will be required to listen, react and resolve, ensuring our guests receive an individual, personalised experience.

Qualifications and skills

Experience in a customer facing role would be an advantage but full training will be provided
