Nottingham (Hybrid Working)

Full Time

Salary £21,000-£23,000 (dependent on experience)

Temporary - 12 months FTC

Macildowie are excited to be working alongside a company based in Newark. The organisation are actively seeking a well organised and switched on individual to join the team as an Administrator to support the business.

This business is a leading global firm and is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Newark. This is an exciting opportunity to support the efficient functioning of our office and play a crucial role in the success of our projects.

This is a temporary, full-time position working Monday to Friday with 37.5 hours a week core office hours. This position will be a fixed term contract of 12 months and the position also offers a hybrid-working model of 3 days on site and the rest of the week can be from the comfort of your home.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain a well-organised and efficient office environment.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and promptness.
  • Manage calendars for key team members, ensuring efficient use of time.
  • Input and update data in various systems accurately.
  • Assist in the creation, editing, and proofreading of documents.
  • Providing full administration support to the HR Team.
  • Supporting managers with navigation within the system.
  • Providing recruitment support and liaising with the HR team.

The successful candidate

  • Experience within HR or recruitment not essential, however, experience as an Administrator with an eye for detail is essential.
  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbally.
  • Can adapt to pressured environments and projects.
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Office - especially Excel.
  • Ideally experience of online databases and management information systems, Oracle would be desirable.
