Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Northampton

Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our client's customer receive the highest level of service. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Clearly and effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their enquiries and resolutions
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Document and report recurring issues to contribute to process improvement
  • Stay informed about products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • IT Literate
