Job Description


Macildowie are currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator working for a business based in Leicester. Dealing with key departments and stakeholders, and delivering customer Management Information reports. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Sales Support and Data & Reporting departments) to maintain and improve the entire customer experience.
We are looking for an account manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. They need to have experience within Fleet Management, Transport or related industries.
This is a full time permanent position which is fully office based.


Dealing with customer & driver requests via email and telephone
Managing tasks from end to end
Accurately entering data to our fleet management system and updating driver
The processing of vehicle contract realignments
Requesting vehicle lease extensions and early termination quotes for vehicle's
Providing purchase prices for vehicle's
Processing insurance and transport requests
The processing of all speeding and parking related fines
The transfer of ownership of V5's
Administration of cherished plates & vehicle licensing
Providing VE103 documentation for overseas travel
Driver and vehicle authorisation administration
Meeting all internal and external targets/SLA's
You will need to be flexible in assisting with additional administrative duties as and when required


In order to be considered you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, in a fast paced environment and have strong administration skills. It would be preferred that you have fleet administration experience but this is not essential.
