Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Macildowie are currently recruiting for an Administrator working for a small business based in Leicester. The role will contribute to the efficient working of the Operations and Finance Department by executing daily tasks with strong attention to detail and effective management of their workload. This role will utilise good administrative qualities, time management skills, and effective problem solving to ensure success. Ability to work with spreadsheets at an intermediate level would be an advantage.
Reporting to the Operations Support Manager.

This position is a full time permanent position

This role offers hybrid working and equipment is provided.

THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Producing high quality Management Information for Senior Management and Director level.

Assisting the Finance Team with administrative and data entry tasks, with basic levels of reconciling figures.

Liaising with Suppliers and Contractors - mainly those providing Maintenance and Repair services.

Maintaining and Managing logs for Site Issues, Audit Scores, Meter Readings etc.

Using EPOS software to produce reports for Senior Management.

Reviewing Sites banking performance and liaising with Site Managers to ensure this is at a high level of performance.

Responsible for overview of Supplier's risk assessments.

Support the Operations Support Manager with adhoc tasks when required.

Reception, Administrative and Finance support, when required

Perform all other adhoc duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

Experience within an administrative role an advantage
A financial awareness, or previous experience an advantage
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (lookups, pivot tables)
Ability to show initiative and take responsibility
Ability to work effectively as part of a team or as an individual
Good communication and problem-solving skills
