Position: Customer Service Advisor - Full-time, Permanent
Location: Towcester, Northamptonshire
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum

The Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service over the telephone and via email. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and make a real impact on our client's customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Providing product/service information and guidance to customers
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
  • Demonstrating empathy and understanding to effectively address customer needs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
