Receptionist and Office Administrator
Job Description
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Macildowie are currently recruiting for a Receptionist and Office Administrator working for a business in Leicester City Centre. This is a stand alone role where you will provide full reception and office support to the business.
This is a fully office based permanent position. Working hours are Monday to Friday 830am - 5pm
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering the phone
Minute taking
Ordering of office materials
Ordering office supplies and stationary
Ordering Company clothing
Liaising with IT
Facilities management
Health and Safety
Event coordination
Updating the company website
Arranging meetings for management team
Incoming and out going post
Diary management
General administration duties
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Strong administration skills, communication skills, be able to work on own initiative and be computer literate
