Temporary Customer Service Administrator / Loughborough / £11.00 per hour

  • Office Based

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing customer relationships
  • Full ownership of customer queries and follow through to resolution
  • Have a flexible and willing approach to change working processes
  • Answering incoming calls and emails.
  • Responsible for offering a 5* customer experience

Ideal Candidate

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Passion for customer service
  • Customer Service experience (Not essential)
  • Positive and Flexible approach to a can-do matter
