Job Title: Temporary Customer Service Advisor

Location: Warwick, Warwickshire

Duration: Temporary

Hourly rate: £12-£14 an hour

Role Overview: As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues as needed
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of company products and services

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
