Role: Customer Support Representative

Location: Central Bedfordshire

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Are you enthusiastic about customer service and eager to join a lively and dynamic team? We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to become a valuable member of our client's team.

Overview:

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be a key player in the team, representing our client's brand with enthusiasm. A cheerful and outgoing personality is essential! You will manage incoming emails and telephone calls, addressing a range of customer enquiries from our client's clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer enquiries promptly through email, telephone, and other communication channels, ensuring a friendly and professional approach
  • Achieve required KPIs and team service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Conduct outbound calls to both current and past customers for information gathering purposes
  • Enhance and streamline processes
  • Offer product advice and upsell when appropriate
  • Resolve customer issues through troubleshooting
  • Handle various administrative tasks
  • Foster a positive team environment and contribute to a supportive workplace culture

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a busy customer service setting with strong attention to detail
  • A cooperative team player with a proactive attitude
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service with an upbeat personality
  • Confident and professional telephone etiquette
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation. Training will be provided for internal systems
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred but not mandatory
