A leading UK school milk supplier is looking for a Customer Service Operative to join their team. This company provides fresh milk to schools, nurseries, and early years settings across the country. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to schools, parents, and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

• Managing milk orders, payments, and claims.

• Assisting with resolving issues related to the school milk programme.

• Keeping accurate customer records in the company's database.

• Offering helpful information on services and resources.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Availability to travel to Lincoln for training (travel expenses covered).

• Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
