A leading e-commerce business is currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused E-commerce Customer Care Advisor to join their growing team. This position plays a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring that all customer enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate and helpful information regarding products and orders.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
Maintain and update customer records to ensure accuracy.
Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Uphold company policies and procedures, including those outlined in the Employee and Health & Safety Handbooks.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (including a 30-minute lunch break), totalling 40 hours per week.
