THE OPPORTUNITY:
Macildowie are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Advisor working for a business based in Leicestershire.
This will be a full time permanent position
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing exceptional customer care
Responding to customer queries within response time/SLA
Handling customer queries across different platforms
Building relationships with customers and colleagues
Processing of all customer requirements
Processing requests in a timely manner
Proactively create new sales leads
Collating accurate data for customers and internal reporting
Ensure all historical correspondence and orders are filed correctly
Working closely with all internal departments
A 'can do', positive attitude and problem-solving mentality
Acute attention to detail
General administration and office duties
Supporting Customer Care team during holiday and sickness absence
Other Ad hoc duties
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Previous customer service/customer care experience preferred
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Confident Telephone manner
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise & multitask
A flexible, motivated and reliable attitude
Be computer literate
Previous CRM experience (beneficial)
Communication in multiple languages (preferable)
Experience working internationally (desired)
