This is a hybrid role based out of the company's Nottingham head office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a designated customer territory, maintaining ongoing relationships with patients, and achieving revenue targets through outstanding service. The role involves regular communication with other internal departments, including remote teams, and offers a mix of office-based and home-based working.
Key Responsibilities
Build lasting, trust-based relationships with patients to improve both service and sales outcomes.
Communicate with patients through phone, email, and SMS.
Plan and manage a patient territory effectively to meet KPIs and revenue targets.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including field-based personnel, to ensure high standards of care.
Deliver an exceptional standard of customer service, always going above and beyond to support patient needs.
Stay informed and continuously develop knowledge about relevant medical products and procedures.
Contribute to territory planning and regular team meetings alongside clinical and sales teams.
Maintain strict data confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong background in customer service, ideally in a medical, pharmaceutical, or contact centre setting.
Proven ability to meet or exceed customer satisfaction and revenue goals.
Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
Tech-savvy and confident working across multiple systems (CRM experience is beneficial; Salesforce knowledge is a plus).
High attention to detail and comfortable following strict procedures.
Empathetic, emotionally resilient, and passionate about helping others.
Target-driven, collaborative, and solution-focused.
Additional Desirable Experience
Experience working with sensitive information in a healthcare or regulated environment.
Familiarity with medical or pharmaceutical products is a distinct advantage.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a genuine impact in people's lives while working in a supportive and professional environment. If you're passionate about healthcare and customer service, and thrive in a hybrid setting, this could be the role for you.
