Planning Administrator

The Role

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Planning Administrator to join the team in Lichfield.

This role is perfect for someone with strong communication and planning skills, who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a team environment, and is confident making decisions based on data.

This is a full-time, on-site role working five days per week in the Transport Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and optimise vehicle routes to meet departmental targets while following loading guidelines.

• Use our routing platform and internal customer systems to manage and prioritise workloads.

• Schedule and coordinate store deliveries.

• Organise vehicle routing for company location shoots.

• Arrange regular vehicle cleaning schedules.

• Prepare delivery manifests and returns labels for the following day's route
