Job Title: Contracts Administrator
Location: Long Eaton
Salary: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-time 8:30am-5pm
Job Overview
We are looking for an organised and reliable Contracts Administrator to support the Contracts team with project administration, document control, and coordination with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Key Duties.
Monitor emails and client correspondence to track deliveries, and installations.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to confirm delivery dates and orders.
- Manage documentation
Raise purchase orders and track supplier documentation such as delivery notes and acknowledgements.
Support Contracts Managers with general project administration and logistics.
Handle incoming calls and carry out general administrative tasks.
Skills & Experience
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Good communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in construction or project administration is beneficial but not essential
Strong attention to detail
