Macildowie are delighted to be working with a Public Sector organisation based in Leicestershire who are seeking to appoint an experienced Data Analyst into their HR team.

They are looking for an individual who confidently will lead a small team as well as being responsible for maintaining and developing the organisations HR system (SAP).

In this role you will:

• Use a variety of reporting and analytical tools produce regular reports, including statutory returns and surveys, in order to help improve organisational understanding.
• Ensure that all data within the HR system is both accurate and up to date so detailed reports can be produced.
• Lead on training and development programmes within the directorate to improve the accuracy of reporting and data quality.
• Work closely with colleagues to review and develop the SAP system to improve efficiency.
• Help develop a new resourcing model to support organisational growth.

The successful candidate will:

• Have relevant HR qualifications or equivalent experience in IT systems support.
• Have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of complex ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Have the ability to develop regular reports thought the use of different tools.
• Be able to confidently communicate technical information to non-technical members of staff.
• Keep up to date with any legislative and sector changes.
• Effectively establish and maintain external networks across the sector.

This opportunity is paying up to £37,000 per year, and offers a hybrid working scheme of 2 days per week in the office (although you can be in more if desired), as well as 28 days annual leave (plus public holidays) and a generous pension scheme!
