Nottingham

£43,000-£45,000

Hybrid (1/2 day in the office)

Full time - Monday to Friday

Macildowie are pleased to be working alongside a brilliant organisation within the Nottingham area, to find their next Health Economics Advisor.

This is a fixed term contract, full-time position working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week. This position will be on a fixed term contract basis to cover Maternity leave. The business also offers a hybrid-working model with a blend of home and office working 2/3 days in the office and 2/3 days at home.

As a Health Economics Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial and clinical value to the Trust. Your responsibilities include engaging key clinical and procurement stakeholders in meaningful conversations to enhance patient outcomes and quality care innovations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and implement relationship management plans to build connections with decision-makers and influencers within customer organisations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Contribute to stakeholder engagement by identifying needs, arranging meetings, and drafting materials to promote understanding and commitment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Review and innovate existing operations, ensuring ongoing improvements in processes and systems.
  • Customer Experience Strategy: Analyse customer segments, trends, and expectations to contribute to the development of an effective customer experience strategy.

Your Impact:

  • Strategic Guidance: Provide subject matter expertise on key clinical strategies, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and adding value to clinicians.
  • Data Analysis: Manage individual projects delivering insightful data analysis, strategic recommendations, and operational consulting expertise.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Hold key senior clinical relationships, interpreting results to drive change and acting as a resource for less experienced consultants.

Data Collection and Analysis: Analyse data trends for insightful reports guiding decision-making.

Negotiation: Negotiate consensus between internal and external parties with different interests.
