Macildowie has partnered with a global manufacturer in Nuneaton to recruit a Data Analyst.

The key objective is to hold a minimum of 3 years of commercial experience as a Data Analyst using PowerBI and exposure to Microsoft Dynamics CRM is desirable.

Main Responsibilities

• Track campaigns and incorporating ROI data.
• Responsible for producing timely and accurate data insights using tools like Power BI to help the business analyse data more efficiently.
• Involved with customer journey and identifying key behavioural triggers that can influence their decisions and actions.
• Working closely with the marketing team and the wider group to provide data-driven recommendations to improve the businesses marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Identify trends and issues as well as create purposeful MI and automated dashboards that help our clients business evaluate sales performance.
• You will also be able to craft appropriate value-adding commentary helping our client identify gaps and explore.
• Creating new purposeful MI for both sales and other business units on a weekly, monthly basis using PowerBI, Excel, and working heavily with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Providing regular commentary and insight, ensuring all MI produced tells a story and is easy for users to digest and access.
• Working closely with our clients wider stakeholders providing insight and direction as a key business partner.

The Candidate

• Previous experience operating as a Data Analyst or in a similar position.
• Ability to create meaningful, clear dashboards with appropriate value-adding commentary.
• Proficient in using data reporting tools such PowerBI and Excel.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Desirable.
• Automotive industry experience - Desirable.
• Able to commute to Nuneaton.
