Commercial Finance Business Partner (International) | Remote | £60,000- £70,000 + benefits

Are you a dynamic and experienced finance professional with a passion for international business? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Finance Business Partner (International). As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and supporting our global operations.

A requirement of this role is to travel quite a lot of the time, 4 to 5 weeks initially to build stakeholder relationships and then roughly 12 weeks per year split between Mexico, Honduras and USA.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide rounded comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to the business in the monthly/quarterly & annual cycles
  • Be a trusted advisor to the COO Americas and their leadership teams
  • Prepare, coordinate, and track performance against, forecasts, annual budgets and longer term strategic plans
  • Continuous improvement of financial reporting outputs and processes
  • Translate complex data into meaningful insight for use in decision making by the business, including commentary and variance analysis
  • Support the Group Head of Commercial Finance by being an independent financial voice when reviewing and preparing financial information
  • Support the local management teams in preparation for financial reviews and improve the teams understanding of the drivers behind commercial performance
  • Financial oversight, reporting & analysis of all projects within the region
  • Participate in group functional meetings and process developments where appropriate
  • Perform additional duties commensurate with the role, as and when requested by management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is essential.
  • Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, ideally within an international setting.
  • Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of international accounting standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, financial reporting tools).
