This developmental position offers a unique opportunity to cultivate a solid understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and key performance reporting, aligned with your studies.

What will you be doing?

  • Accurately prepare, calculate, and post accrual and prepayment journals for P&L creation.
  • Collaborate with the Management Accountant and Finance Business Partners to review pub P&Ls, investigating concerns.
  • Periodically produce balanced and reconciled sheets to Punch company standards.
  • Assist with ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.
  • Provide strategic insight to Operations Managers and Publicans in collaboration with the Management Accountant and Finance Business Partners.
  • Support business performance improvement by offering effective analysis and insights.
  • Identify and share process improvement opportunities, adding value to the team.
  • Build strong relationships across various business areas.
  • Collaborate with field operations and internal support teams to address queries.
  • Aid the wider Finance team with management fee processing.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks to support the Finance team and broader business.
