Management Accountant - South Leicestershire - up to £38,000 per annum

Macildowie Finance are working with a brilliant business on an exclusive basis to recruit for a Management Accountant to join their growing team.
This role would be fantastic for somebody who has experience working in industry as an Assistant Accountant or Assistant Management Accountant and wants to take the next step.
You will be working within an experienced finance team with guidance from a highly supportive line manager. There will be working flexibility on offer with a minimum of 3 days based in the office.

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Create monthly journals for costs and balance sheet reconciliations
• To ensure the P&L and Balance Sheets are effectively managed in line with weekly operational reporting
• Produce the budgets and reforecasting throughout the year working alongside the data analysts, reconciling each week to actuals
• Working with operational teams to enhance the Financial and Operational performance and understanding
• To promote and create a continuous improvement culture through identifying areas for improvement and positively acting on them

You will be/have:

• PQ/QBE AAT/CIMA/ACCA/ACA accountant
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Confident working with excel, to include manipulating information
• Analytical when solving problems
