This role is designed to support further growth for the business both through acquisitions and organically.

The role will report into a highly charismatic Finance Director with an impressive background and pedigree. The FD is looking for a dynamic and ambitious candidate who would like to build a career with a great organisation.
The role will be responsible for
Assist on the production of all year-end statutory accounts, liaising with colleagues and external audit partners.
Production of the monthly management and financial accounts including Fixed Assets, Balance Sheet Recs, Intercompany recs as well as post month end variance and commentary.
Cash Flow reporting and monitoring - presenting your findings to senior leadership - finance and non-finance as the key point of contact for all external banking relationships.

External returns including VAT, Corporation Tax, PAYE etc
Ensure that all financial reports are in line with both internal and external controls frameworks.
Educating the wider finance function on controls updates and their ramifications.
Contribute to the wider performance of the finance team, taking a lead on process and system improvement activities.

To be considered for this role you must be ACCA/ACA Qualified.
Excel/data manipulation skills including pivots, look ups, Ifs.
An up to date understanding and working experience of controls frameworks is essential.
