Macildowie Finance are currently working with a great plc listed business based in Leicestershire to recruit a Commercial Finance Manager.
This blue hip, high profile business operate in a fast moving and dynamic sector and as such are looking to recruit a Qualified Commercial Finance Manager to support the commercial areas of the business, with a particular focus on driving sales and margin performance.
Responsibilities will include:
Upskilling, coaching and development of a team of analysts.
Providing high quality and accurate analysis and sales performance commentary for a variety of key stakeholders including CFO, Sales and Marketing Directors.

Developing relationships across all levels of the business, providing key financial advice and support to a wide range of stakeholders.
Reviewing, analysis and presentation of key performance metrics including product line sales volume and margin performance.
Utilising advanced Excel skills to undertake deep dive analysis to 'drill down' on areas of variance to plan - both positive and negative as well as scenario planning/modelling for pricing/promotions etc.
Working with key stakeholders to advise on opportunities to increase profitability - providing a full end to end commercial finance service to the business.
Take a lead on all budgeting and forecasting activity across the business.
To be considered for this role you must be ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified with a passion for Commercial Finance.
You must have demonstrable examples of business partnering ideally with Senior Managers/Directors.
You must have the ability to disseminate and present large volumes of data. Excel skills up to Macro/VBA level would be advantageous.
