Macildowie are looking for a Bilingual Credit Controller to join a team based in Nottingham. This position requires proficiency in either Spanish or Italian, along with a background in credit control.

£24,500 - £30,000 DOE | Hybrid (2 days in the office) | Monday to Friday | 8am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct credit control activities, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments from clients.
• Perform credit assessments and risk analysis for new and existing customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and transactions.
• Communicate effectively with clients in either Spanish or Italian to resolve payment issues and provide necessary information.
• Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and manage credit terms.

Requirements:

• Fluent in either Spanish or Italian, with excellent writes and speaks with ease in English.
• Previous experience in credit control or a related financial role is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
