Location: Nottingham NG8

Duration: Temporary (6 months)

Hours: Full-time, Hybrid Working (2 days in office, 3 days from home)

Hourly Rate: £12.50 - £14.50 per hour

Company Overview:

A renowned manufacturing company based in Nottingham NG8, known for their dedication to quality and innovation. In search of a skilled Accounts Payable Processor to join the finance team on a temporary basis for 6 months.

Job Description:

As an Accounts Payable Processor, you will be a crucial part of the finance department, ensuring the smooth operation of the accounts payable processes. This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to work 2 days a week in the office and 3 days from the convenience of your home. They will also provide flexible working hours to accommodate your preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Verify and record invoices, expenses, and payments
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Assist with other finance-related tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Essential: Knowledge and experience in accounts payable
  • Beneficial: Knowledge and experience in accounts receivable (not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and self-motivated
