Finance Assistant/ Permanent / Northampton / Fully office based / Salary up to £25,000 per annum

Role Details

• Up to £25,000 per annum
• Permanent
• Mon to Fri
• Fully Office Based

Daily Duties

• Processing all Purchase ledger invoices and quotes
• Managing pro forming invoices
• Statement Reconciliations
• Credit Control - Chasing up invoices
• Handling customer queries
• Reconciling bank statements
• Customer invoicing.

Requirements

• Experience as an AP and Sales Ledger Clerk within past roles
• A proactive mind-set
• A keen attention to detail
• Experience with Xero or Microsoft Dynamics (Essential)
