What will you be doing?

• Key contributor to the initial preparation of corporate tax returns in the UK
• Assisting in the creation of tax calculations and disclosures for various financial reports, including group accounts, interim statements, and UK subsidiary accounts
• Managing a diverse range of tax-related matters, such as capital gains, double tax relief claims, capital allowances, corporate interest restrictions, and tax loss management
• Ensuring timely processing and response to correspondence from HMRC
• Preparing calculations for withholding taxes, filing returns, and making claims for treaty relief
• Providing support to the business in areas related to employment taxes, including activities like salary sacrifice arrangements, expenses policies, and compliance with National Minimum Wage regulations
• Business Partner for the tax team in all internal and external relationships, serving as a liaison between the department and other stakeholders
