Position: Accounts Assistant

Temporary to Permanent

Salary: up to £24,000 - dependant on experience

Location: Coventry, Warwickshire

Macildowie are pleased to be partnered with an inclusive and multi-national company based in Coventry to recruit for an Accounts Assistant to join their small and friendly finance team on a temporary to permanent basis (estimate of 3 months temporary). This role will be working within a supportive team who all help out where necessary, reporting directly to the Accounts and Payroll manager in an exciting and face paced environment!

As an Accounts Assistant, your role will involve:

• Processing Sales and Purchase invoices via Sage 50
• Producing Sales Invoices and sending to customers via post and email
• Checking and reconciling supplier statements
• Adding entries onto a bespoke portal
• Liaise with the Operations team
• Monitoring emails and basic filing duties

The ideal candidate would have some knowledge of Sales and Purchase ledger processes and accounting systems. Experience using Sage is advantageous.
