Macildowie are pleased to be exclusively partnered with this longstanding client who are on the lookout for an experienced and determined Credit Control Administrator with excellent customer service to join their team for a 5 month Temporary Position

Role Details:

• Full time
• 5 Months Temporary
• Hybrid working
• Salary up to £13ph dependant on experience

Responsibilities:

• Maximise daily/weekly/monthly cash collection through effective monitoring and proactive collection activity.
• Minimise overdue debt through timely and effective application of delinquency policy.
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring you always provide exceptional customer service.
• Obtaining commitments to pay through telephone calls and email communication to customers.
• Allocating credit notes and payments in a timely manner.
• Completing reporting tasks/activities in Microsoft Excel.
• Working in collaboration across the business to ensure the timely resolution of customer queries.
• Maintaining customer records to ensure details are relevant and up to date.

The Person

• Proven track record in credit control or a related finance role.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and superb organizational capabilities.
• Proficient in relevant accounting software and MS Office suite.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
