Temporary Finance Administrator

Location: Nottingham, NG8

Duration: 4 Weeks (Full-Time In-Office Position)

Start Date: Monday, 23rd October

Hourly Rate: £11-£12.50 per hour

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a team as a Temporary Finance Administrator in Nottingham (NG8). This role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in a corporate setting and who is available to start immediately.

Job Description:

As a Temporary Finance Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to assist the finance team by transferring data from spreadsheets to the company's ERP system, enabling the creation of invoices. While finance experience is not necessary, we are seeking an individual with strong administrative skills and an intermediate-level proficiency in Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transfer data accurately and efficiently from spreadsheets to the company's ERP system.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure all invoicing tasks are completed promptly.
  • Perform data quality checks to maintain accuracy and integrity.
  • Support with other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced office environment.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time role based in our Nottingham office, and the expected duration is 4 weeks. You will be working Monday to Friday, 9am -5.30pm.
