Job Description

Position: Operations/Finance Manager
Reports to: Finance Controller

Are you a detail-oriented professional ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role? We are seeking an Operations/Finance Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our company.

This role involves overseeing the flow of products and information through our supply chain, managing customer relationships, and supporting the finance team with various administrative, clerical, and accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide quotes and process orders through the UK orders mailbox.
  • Support the EMEA orders team as needed.
  • Coordinate with marketing and partnerships teams to supply products for events.
  • Manage UK customer RMA process and manufacturer RMA returns.
  • Oversee in-house office stock and returns to suppliers.
  • Maintain the in-house store.


  • Conduct weekly in-house stock cycle counts and update stock reconciliation sheets daily.
  • Assist the Supply Chain Manager with stock reconciliation.
  • Perform monthly stock reconciliations (in-house, Amazon).
  • Liaise with customers regarding failed payments and provide feedback.
  • Manage Concur for purchase orders and supplier invoices integration to NetSuite.
  • Calculate quarterly customer rebates and maintain pricing tables and rebate agreements log for the EMEA region.
  • Ensure seamless flow between systems (SAP Concur, NetSuite, Chargebee, Ecommerce System, Retool, PowerBi).
  • Handle additional finance duties as assigned by the Finance Controller, including licensing reporting, commissions, Amazon, balance sheet reconciliations, and general finance queries.

Required Competencies/Work Knowledge:

  • Prior experience in B2B sales order management.
  • Essential accounting knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Remuneration Package:

  • Up to £37,000 annual salary.
  • 3% company contribution to pension.

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
