Part-Qualified Assistant Accountant - Leicestershire - Salary DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part qualified accountant to join our client, a household name and instantly recognisable brand.

The business is dynamic and fast-growing, so the ideal candidate will be used to/able to work in a fast-paced finance environment.

The role will be predominantly office based with the option to work from home 1 day per week.

The role has a broad range of responsibilities including:

• Budgeting and forecasting both P&L and Balance Sheet impacts
• Maintain control over intercompany transactions
• Preparation of accurate and timely P&L and balance sheet budgets/forecasts
• Management of daily and weekly cash flow reporting
• Producing insightful reporting for key Business Stakeholders

For this role, there will be the opportunity to get involved in various projects as well as forming and maintaining pivotal stakeholder relationships. A brilliant role for someone looking to progress and further their experience within finance.

The ideal candidate:

• A pro-active, dynamic Part Qualified candidate (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt based on business needs
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical and innovative skills
