Role Details:

• Part Time 3 working days
• Salary up To £28,000 pro rata
• Located in Braunstone, Leicester
• Office working is preferred but hybrid is available

Key Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Chasing outstanding debts and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Allocating payments to customer accounts accurately and efficiently.
• Conducting credit checks and assessing creditworthiness.
• Producing regular reports on aged debt and cash collection performance.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer queries and disputes.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in credit control.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge of relevant finance and credit control processes.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
