Position: Accounts Manager

Duration: Permanent, Part-time

Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday - Thursday, ideally 9:30am - 2:30pm (but these can be flexible)

Macildowie is pleased to be partnered with a friendly and relaxed SME business in Atherstone, Warwickshire, who are recruiting for an Accounts Manager who will take sole ownership of the Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and small Payroll function (26 employees), whilst working alongside an external Accountant to ensure the smooth running of the company accounts. You will be tasked to process company invoices, ensure the information provided is fully accurate, reconcile accounts/statements, and resolve payment queries whilst ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on-time from the Payroll.

You will need:

- Experience undertaking Purchase Ledger/Sales Ledger and Payroll responsibilities

- Ability to work on your own initiative

- Trustworthy persona and accurate processing skills

- No people-management experience is needed to be a success in this role
