Accountant 6 months

Our client is a successful and established Leicestershire business and we are currently recruiting an Accountant to join their finance team on a 6 month fixed contract basis. As Accountant, this role is working in a small and friendly finance team supporting the current Accountant & team in the general accounting function.

Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Financial Accountant
• VAT returns & Bank reconciliation
• Analysis
• Fixed Assets
• Helping with budgeting and forecasting
• Supporting with year end

Experience required:

• Previous accounting experience is essential with must include strong experience of fixed assets, reconciliations
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills

NB: this will be M-F in the office every day.
