Management Accountant - Nuneaton - up to £45,000 per annum

Are you a talented and experienced Management Accountant seeking a new and exciting challenge?

Macildowie Finance are working with a manufacturing business who are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join their Nuneaton Finance Team.

As a key member of their team, you will:

• Lead Management Accounting processes
• Provide accurate reconciliation analysis on Production and Stock Controls
• Mentor and guide Assistant Management Accountants
• Own the annual preparation and delivery of the budgeting
• Produce and be responsible for the balance sheet reconciliations
• Have the opportunity to carry out some business partnering responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be/have:

• Be at least CIMA/ACCA part qualified, ideally qualified
• Advanced working knowledge of spreadsheets and financial systems
• Manufacturing experience desirable but not essential
• High degree of self-motivation and willingness to collaborate with a team
