Job Description

Job Title: Sales Ledger Assistant

Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum

Type: Temporary to Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post and allocate cash accurately.
  • Enter sales orders promptly.
  • Generate customer invoices.
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices, ensuring they match the corresponding orders.
  • Maintain Customer Master Data for accuracy.
  • Reconcile the Aged Debtors at month-end.
  • Manage and review Customer card information.


  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Effective communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Previous experience in a fast paced, international business is advantageous
