Management Accountant - Leicester - Permanent

Macildowie Finance are working exclusively with a leading Leicester-based manufacturing business to recruit for a Management Accountant to join their brilliant, fast-paced finance team.

This role is a brilliant opportunity for a Part Qualified/Finalist candidate with experience of working with management accounts to be part of a large organisation and to be involved in elements of business partnering.

A key element of this role is to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders across the business, so if you have experience of this previously this will be a fantastic chance to enhance those skills.

This role is predominantly office based, but with the opportunity to work more flexibly after relationships have been established across the business during the initial onboarding period.

Some of the main responsibilities of the role include:

• Timely and accurate month end reporting
• Business partnering with non-finance and finance stakeholders
• Managing costs and ensuring all reporting is completed and variances are understood
• Supporting the forecasting processes

The ideal candidate will be/have:

• Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA and actively studying
• Excellent communication skills to all levels of colleague
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the manufacturing industry (desirable)
