Macildowie are pleased to be exclusively partnered with a longstanding client who are on the lookout for an experienced Control Specialist to join their team to evaluate current processes and assist in implementing improvements accordingly.

Details:

• 3-4 Months Interim with the possibility of extension
• Office based 8:30 - 5:00 (hours can be flexed)
• Up to £200pd dependent on experience

This vacancy will move very quickly and is only suitable for those that are immediately available!

Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly into the FD you will assess current credit control processes and individuals workloads to identify where improvements can be made.
• Effectively evaluating and delegating the workload between 3 credit controllers
• Getting hands on actively contacting customers for their outstanding debt
• Building successful working relationships with key team members.
• Provide high levels of customer service to all customers. Ensure that complaints are dealt with quickly in line with the company complaint process and to do so confidently and professionally at all times

The Person

The candidate will have proven experience of working in a high volume transaction Credit Control department

• Experience implementing process improvements
• Experience effectively managing teams
• Experience within a senior or supervisory credit control position
