Pricing and Market Insight Manager | Burton-on-Trent | £50,000 - £55,000 + Car + Bonus | Hybrid

Macildowie Finance are supporting a well-established company. They are looking to recruit a Pricing and Market Insight into their dynamic and collaborative team based in Burton upon Trent. Working alongside the wider finance team, operations team, property team and IT team; this role perfectly blends exposure to key functions across the business.

Role Overview:
Pricing & Market Insight Manager to join the Insight & Strategy team. As a key player in the transformation journey, you will lead pricing strategy development and market analysis initiatives, driving revenue growth and enhancing competitiveness across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies for our offerings.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust pricing to achieve financial targets.

Market Insight Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and consumer preferences.
  • Provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Data Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilise advanced analytics techniques to analyse pricing & promotional performance.
  • Develop and maintain pricing models and reports to track key metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in pricing strategy development and market analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Benefits:
