Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our client's dynamic team based in Corby as a Finance Business Partner. You will be able to grow and develop within this business adding value from day one! This role offers a great deal of flexibility with hybrid working.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across various departments. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to provide insightful analysis, strategic recommendations, and financial expertise that directly affects business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with department heads and business leaders to understand their financial objectives and challenges, providing proactive support and guidance.
  • Analyse financial data, trends, and KPIs to identify opportunities for cost optimisation, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
  • Prepare insightful financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, risks, and opportunities.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, serving as the finance subject matter expert and contributing to decision-making processes.
  • Conduct variance analysis and performance reviews to assess the effectiveness of business strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Experience:

  • Ideally part or qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
