Partner/Partner Designate | North Leicestershire | Six-Figure Salary | Amazing Possibilities
Macildowie Recruitment and Retention are delighted to be working with a one of the best boutique practices in The Midlands, located in a picturesque Leicestershire town.

Having recently recruited at Partner level from top-ten practices, they are looking to add to their team with an experience Tax Partner, or Partner Designate who would join their expanding team and play a pivotal role in driving the continued success and expansion.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to join the firm, with the potential for either Partner Designate or full partnership status, or alternatively, a salaried partner arrangement.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and overseeing the tax advisory team, continuing their growth and dedication to the very best client services.
- Developing and executing strategic tax planning initiatives to maximise client tax positions and mitigate any risks effectively.
- Providing expert advice on a wide range of tax matters, including income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and corporation tax.
- Continuing to grow and enhance strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services and cross-selling firm
- Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing timely advice to clients.
- Representing the firm at industry events and networking functions to enhance their visibility and reputation in the market.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) and/or tax advisor (CTA) with significant post-qualification experience.
- Proven track record as a Tax Partner/Partner Designate/Director or in a similar leadership role within a reputable accounting or advisory firm.
- Exceptional technical expertise across various aspects of taxation, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to complex tax challenges.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
- Commercial acumen and a keen eye for identifying and capitalising on business development opportunities.
- Client-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and building client relationships.
