Job Description
I'm currently supporting an organisation based in Corby looking to appoint a motivated Finance Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a commercially-focused role where you'll be influencing decision-making and driving performance across the business.
This position would suit someone who enjoys stepping beyond month-end reporting and is confident interacting with non-finance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with departmental heads to provide insightful analysis and financial guidance
- Support budgeting, reforecasting and long-term financial planning cycles
- Produce monthly performance reports and variance analysis to highlight risks and opportunities
- Work collaboratively with operations and commercial teams to support strategic initiatives
- Assist in improving financial processes and driving efficiency across the business
Experience
- Part-qualified ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent) with ongoing studies or QBE
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to explain numbers in a clear, concise way
- Confident working with and challenging stakeholders at different levels
- Solid Excel and data manipulation skills; experience with ERP systems beneficial
- A proactive problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
