Accounts Associate - Hybrid | Newark | £27,000-£30,000 + Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
We're recruiting an Accounts Associate to join a growing business with a friendly and collaborative finance team.
You'll focus on Accounts Payable, ensuring supplier transactions, expenses, and payment runs are processed efficiently and accurately. This is a hybrid role (3 days office / 2 from home) offering variety, flexibility, and long-term progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, statement reconciliations, and supplier payments.
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve queries.
- Handle petty cash and staff expense claims.
- Support monthly reporting and margin analysis.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years' AP experience (retail or wholesale ideal).
- Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail.
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite advantageous).
- Proactive, organised, and confident communicator.
