We are working with a leading manufacturing business in Leicester to find a talented Finance Manager to join their team.

Within this role you will partner closely with the Site Leadership team to drive operational value in support of key decisions and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the financial operations of the site ensuring accurate reporting and analysis of financial data

Lead the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports for senior management

Manage budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes

Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies

Supervise and develop a small finance team providing coaching and guidance

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent

Proven experience in financial management within a manufacturing or similar environment

Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis

Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and operational teams

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
