Job Description
We are recruiting for a temporary Accounts Payable Team Leader for a 3-month contract based in Enderby. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum, pro-rated for the contract period.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the Accounts Payable team, ensuring efficient processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
Oversee the AP process, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Resolve complex queries, manage workload distribution, and monitor team performance.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Key Requirements:
Experience in Accounts Payable and team leadership.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes under pressure.
Familiarity with AP systems and compliance requirements (VAT, CIS) is desirable.
