Job Title: Accounts Receivable and Treasury Assistant
Location: Heavily Invested Offices
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Working Schedule: 4 days a week in the office

Job Description:

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable and Treasury Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment. This is a permanent role that offers competitive salary and great work-life balance, with a flexible 4-day working week. The role will focus on accounts receivable, treasury, and reconciliation tasks, providing a vital link to the financial operations of the business.

The successful candidate will work alongside a close-knit team in the business/finance division and collaborate with other key stakeholders across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and reconciling accounts receivable transactions.
  • Supporting treasury operations, including cash flow management and banking.
  • Ensuring accurate reconciliations of accounts.
  • Processing invoices and assisting with collections and payment follow-ups.
  • Supporting financial reporting, assisting with monthly and year-end closing activities.
  • Presenting financial information to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal processes and controls in AR and treasury activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and Reconciliations.
  • Strong understanding of AR and treasury processes, with a demonstrated ability to manage cash flow and financial transactions.
  • Proficient in financial software and systems.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with different departments and senior management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain financial information at various levels of the business.
  • Confidence and comfort in managing high volumes of data and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in a practice background or from an industry-based transactional role is highly desirable.
  • Ability to adapt to bespoke, unique business needs and requirements.
