Learning and Development Advisor
Lincoln - some travel will be required

I am delighted to be supporting my client in finding a Learning and Development Advisor to join their L&D team based in Lincolnshire. Reporting into the Learning and Development Business Partner the successful candidate will be involved in the design and delivery of training across the organisation.

So what is the role?

- Designing and delivering internal training both in person and remotely.
- Supporting the upskilling of line managers to ensure performance objectives are achieved
- Delivering Management and Leadership training programmes
- Maintenance of existing LMS system, data reporting and deliver

The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in both the design and delivery of training plans and content
- Be confident using and producing reports on training
- Be willing to deliver training both remotely and in person across different sites.
