Macildowie HR are currently working with a brilliant non for profit organisation who are looking for a HR BP to join them to cover a maternity leave.

Usually a maternity cover is a role where you go in and 'keep the ship afloat' - not this one - nope, here you will be able to add value, push new ideas forwards and collaborate on projects.

They have a big focus on people, well being, culture and engagement - think of all the good juicy projects you could get involved in!

The role itself is a bit of everything and anything; your day could consist of -

• Updating HR policies
• Influencing key stakeholders
• Chairing and giving advice on ER case work
• General HR administration
• Projects on developing their values and culture
• Management of performance and sickness processes
• Coaching line management on best practice

This will be based in their office in Rugby two days a week, supporting an employee headcount of around 60 employees.
